Pay through Dossier Online using iDEAL

Go to Dossier Online and log in with your file number and password. You can find your login credentials in the letter you received from Inkassier. After you have logged in, your outstanding debt will be displayed. You can pay this amount, in whole or in part, using iDEAL. Are you viewing Dossier Online on your phone? In that case, payments will be made through the banking app on your phone. The payment details have already been filled in. This avoids errors. Your payment will be processed and displayed in Dossier Online within 48 hours. You will receive a notification through Dossier Online that your debt has been paid.

Use the right account number.
The account number is provided in our letter. You can also copy the account number by clicking the button below.
Add your file number and name to the payment details.
Your file number is listed in the letter you received from Inkassier. If you are paying on behalf of someone, kindly state your name in the reference. Use your name as stated in the letter you received from Inkassier so we can link your payment to your file.
Pay in cash or with your bank card at the counter at Inkassier. You can do this during business hours in our offices in Arnhem, Rotterdam or Amsterdam. You do not need to make an appointment for this.
We recommend paying before the deadline. Debts accumulate and don’t magically vanish. If you don’t pay on time, the amount you owe will keep growing.
