Pay now using IDEALAre you struggling to keep up with instalments? Please immediately notify us through Dossier Online or by calling 026-750 54 00. If you fail to notify us, we will cancel your payment instalment agreement. In that case, you will be required to make full payment of your debt.
Send a letter or email. Always state your file no. and contact details so we can get in touch with you. Did you send us a letter? Please bear in mind that letters may take longer to process.
What do we do?
You will receive a message from us within 5 business days informing you whether we accept your payment proposal. Does your proposal not meet the rules? In that case, we can turn down your proposal. In some cases, we may require more information from you to reach a mutually acceptable agreement. We will send you an income/expenditure form in that case. You must fill out this form and return it to Inkassier within 5 business days. We will keep you informed after we received this form from you.
